PRINCE2

 

We are continually holding open 5 day attendance courses in German and English language in Saarland, Germany and Luxembourg. In addition we are able to tailor Princee2 training courses for organisations in house desires to embrace the project management philosophy across its employee base.

 

WHO:

Practicing project managers, project assurance and project support that need to attain formal recognition of their skills by taking the PRINCE2 examinations. Both exams are taken during the weeks training.  20 hours pre-course study is recommended.  Pre-course reading, interactive CD and e-support are all provided.

 

DURATION: 5 days

PRE-REQUISITES: None.

 

EXAMS:  

The Foundation exam is one hour, closed book, multiple choice. The Practitioner exam is a two and a half hour, open book case study based exam using an objective test format (which is a sophisticated multiple choice).

  • Complete the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations

APPROACH:

This course is designed to maximize examination success, but also to provide confidence in using PRINCE2. You will be provided with guidance and examples on the exam formats.  The course combines a mixture or trainer led and practical sessions, delivered by an experienced trainer who has firsthand knowledge of working in Project Management.
